Before web-blogs barged into the picture, article marketing through article submissions to various writing and article marketing sites and content-friendly websites used to be the best source of quality back-links. Article marketing was all about submission of satisfactory content in the form of articles and getting a bunch of interested readers come back for more. It works like this: select a subject intensely desired by people (or may be at times articles you are interested in writing about), write a captivating, useful content on the subject, and then mass-submit it using subscriber list or online distribution forms. Website owner and web owners interested in the subject will be more than grateful to post it. Every piece of content has a "resource box" in the content that has some information of the writer and a back-link to the website, ultimately with keyword-rich words.

This technique of marketing will work for any or all types of business. The reason is that if you have a site or website, then you must have content on it, for it to eventually be successful and revisited often. Since you are designing and development content anyway, you might as well modify that content and send them to article submission sites and other individuals' internet sites (of course that will improvise your credibility). Article promotion or call it marketing, has come a long way but now we are left with an extremely serious and urgent question; what is an article in 2011? Generic description of content is extremely easy to understand. If you are using content to get back links or visitors for your website, then this is content. I know I will have to confront some justifications here but I believe in what I just said as it is all about being easy.

This way repeat articles gets unique articles and some authors have a designated separate blog for visitor publishing under their buckle.

But no doubts we all agree that content writing works after all of these years, but 'why' is the main question! I know most web page owners are writing content and publishing in some way or another. Many have lately started using some of the upcoming content writing techniques (e.g.; automated article submission) to take a web page out of problems after the search engines have become smarter is ranking data. There is no uncertainty that content writing is the number one SEO strategy, but being wise and prudent in what you do is crucial.
